BHM entered a limited architectural competition to refurbish and redevelop rowing club accommodation in Chiswick (Grove Park Conservation Area). Proposals included options for extensive refit of the old clubhouse and changing rooms, a new boat house and pavilion and enhanced circulation/ parking. Designs were focused on maximising sporting provision, showcasing the club facilities and preserving the historic features and feel of the original clubhouse.
